  My kids have been at ILCC for a year and a half, and we are very pleased with the level of care they receive. The staff are caring and committed to meeting the needs of the children. In the preschool room, considerable attention is given to development of social skills and to creativity. I've seen a lot of fnu projects! The toddler teachers are especially in tune with sensory development and social skills, and I feel that they genuinely love my little one. We are so glad we chose ILCC!

  We feel so lucky to have found this place! My children love it and the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The environment is bright and fun and the kids really have fun and learn a lot. I am amazed at how much they are learning there. I highly recommend this if you are looking for quality care and staff that truly care about the welfare and social and emotional develpoment of the children.

  The very negative review found below concerns me. As director I would hope that anyone who experienced something like that would have come to me and asked questions. Since I have no way if knowing who wrote this or when it was written I would just like to address a couple of their concerns.
  Children get dirty. It's their job. They are constantly exploring, so whether it's adding water to a pile of sand, digging in a garden bed, learning to control a paintbrush or a spoon at meal time, kids and clothes get messy. Then, according to age level, they assist in changing into clean clothes (at which point they will probably get messy again!) A diaper on backward? No idea. I have to believe that was an isolated incident. I've yet to see a toddler with a backward diaper. I have seen a few with their pants on backward as they are learning to dress themselves. But what a joyful success to learn to put your pants on all by yourself! Conflicts between children are never ignored. They may be observed from a distance to see how those children are learning to solve problems among themselves but a teacher is always ready to step in when needed.
  We are constantly striving to improve. We do that by watching to see what works, changing what doesn't work and listening to concerns of our families. We cannot be all things to all families and have no desire to be. But we offer a safe, fun and loving place for a child to explore and discover the world around them.
